Sufficient fund are necessary; renovation costs have been estimated to total up to $400,000. The Town of Chesterfield is also requiring the renovator to be present during the renovation process.

The building is located at 504 Route 63 and should be available at least until the 2018 Town Hall Meeting.  The board plans to put an article in the 2018 Town Meeting Warrant asking voters whether or not to permit demolition. The Annual Town Meeting Warrant for last year was held in the month of May.
