A Foursquare farmhouse with wood floors is available for moving to another site. The wood floors can be found in the combination living-dining room. Some portions of the floor are in the original condition. The farmhouse also has three bedrooms and one bath. The dimensions of the structure is 30’ x 30’ on each floor, totaling 1800 sq. ft. over two stories.

The deadline for moving the house is flexible, but arrangements should be made by mid-summer. Otherwise, the house will be torn down for materials. The current owners lived in the house for about four years before building another one. Necessary repairs will be required on the interior for the bathroom and the combination living-dining room.  On the exterior, replacements are needed for some trim and two front picture windows.
