The building originally used for the Sprout Spring School and later converted to a residence is available for no cost.
This building consisted of three apartments in the 1970s. It is located at 1818 Eastland Avenue in East Nashville (across from Eastland Cafe), but must be moved to another location. There is an existing demolition permit on the house.
