This building was used as a community space for 50 years.
It was owned by the Amber Lake Wildlife Refuge and Rehabilitation Center and later by Alexander Joachim and John Napolitano of Ruskin. It is free to anyone that can move it by the deadline.
The building is 2,754 square feet with a stone chimney. There is a Florida Department of Transportation right of way that goes through the property. Because of this, potential buyers were not able to get clear title. The structure could be demolished if not moved by March 31, 2010. It is located at 800 S. McCall Road in Englewood, FL.
