A 1930s Colonial Revival style house located at 39 Walnut Street is available free to move to another lot.  It is being moved to make way for a parking lot for the nearby church.  The estimated moving cost is $40,000 - 50,000, but this estimate could vary depending on the location of the new lot.

The house is owned by First Presbyterian Church of Waynesville.  It was previously used as a parsonage.  However, the church no longer has use for the building.  If you have questions or would like to request a tour of the church, please contact the church during office hours (8 AM – 1 PM, Monday – Thursday.  The office manager will take your name and contact information and a member of the Manse Removal Team will contact you within 24 hours.

Although there is no deadline, the church has set the initial search for a new owner to six months or the end of January 2019.  At that point the church plans to make a reevaluation of the offer.
