This free structure is already on pier and beams which will facilitate the moving process.

It is around 1000 sq. ft. with two bedrooms and one bath.  The structure is in good condition and has water and power hookups, but will need some repairs.  The old wood floors are also in good condition.  The house is located at 507 N Soda in historic downtown Jefferson.  Interested parties should have arrangements for moving the structure in place by around the end of January 2016.
