One of the oldest houses in Winter Park is being offered with a $10,000 incentive to anyone that can move the structure.

This house belonged to one of the earliest Winter Park settlers, James S. Capen, and was built in 1885. It is located on Lake Osceola at 520 North Interlachen Avenue.
